EVALUATION OF THE KARTU TANI PROGRAM IN SUBSIDIZED FERTILIZERS DISTRIBUTION IN BANYUMAS REGENCY, CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE


 Abstract
 The Governor of Central Java Province initiated the Kartu Tani Program to realize distribution, control, and supervision subsidized fertilizers for farmers. However, there are still problems with implementing this program from farmers, KPL (Complete Fertilizer Kiosk) distributors, related agencies, third parties, BRI Bank. include scarcity fertilizers, delays in fertilizer inaccuracy targeting, overpriced provision. So, article proposes discuss evaluation Banyumas Regency. Using Quasi Qualitative Design (QQD), data was obtained various documents, observations, interviews. This also used Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP). Based on evaluation, after existence Tani, farmers experienced many conveniences, including relatively low price fertilizer, quota, specific location seller based residents farmer groups. Not only sellers, distributors benefit make reports sales distributors. On other side, we show that complaints regarding entered into Regency complaint hotline, but most these can be resolved.
